Hi I’m ✧*Blair･ﾟ✧ I’ve been going steady with the planets for over 14 years and combine astrology with my work as an artist and counselor. My guidance is raw, real and informed by my love for storytelling and play. I work best with fellow artists, activists, wild ones, weirdos or really anyone curious to build intimacy with themselves.
Outside of counseling and formal chart readings, I experiment with astrology through comedy theater and video art. I organize a visual directory of planetary alignments and write a monthly horoscope newsletter that reports star vibes through abstract moving images. I am the Creative Director of Planets, Planets, Planets, an alt comedy astrology-theater troupe and teach an astrology seminar for artists called Space Craft. I also run several Astrology 101 courses alongside special topic workshops like Bad Astrology, Good Clown: a playground for the worst parts of your chart & Your Life Is Enormous: a group astro-coaching circle <3
I am certified trauma informed Mind-Body Life Coach, Breathwork Facilitator and Hypnotherapist by way of the Embody Lab, Martha Beck and Melissa Tiers at the Center for Integrative Hypnosis in NYC. I am a former apprentice at the Lunaria Tarot and Mystic School and a longtime student of Austin Coppock. I earned an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and immersed myself in many years of physical theater clown school. When I’m not obsessing over astrology, I am performing with the nonsemble or teaching video-clowning at The Idiot Workshop in LA.
I am deeply privileged to have had the mobility to follow my passion. I do not take this for granted and devote my life to social change, starting with this internal work with my clients. No one’s self-development should be compromised because of systematic oppression. I designate reduced rate reading slots each month and depend on those who can afford regular prices to subsidize the accessibility of my services.

What is an astrology reading like ?
MY PROCESS
Before every session, I sit and build intimacy with your birth chart and the visual language it evokes in me. I am an artist, every chart is a visceral muse of shape, color and poetry. I curiously link together these abstract impressions with practical philosophy and storytelling.
In addition, I combine my intuition with a lot of grounded, technical tools from a traditional astrology standpoint. Your chart is always shifting, evolving and hatching certain life events, trends or mood-boards...I deduce how, when and at what rhythm. Astrology rocks because it is a storytelling tool that allows us to give crisis or joy the gift of meaning and growth. It also lets us know when certain cycles start and end, so that we can show up for them with open eyes.
During sessions, I hold my prep-work lightly because for me: readings are a sacred, improvised happening. I approach every client as a holy collaboration between whatever our energies together are called to reveal in that moment. Sometimes, I discover unexpected, new revelations only through my real-time experience with you. Other times, you help me recall my prep-work and we expand on it together...it’s all an open conversation.
There is no right way to show up to a reading with me. You can come with a million questions or let me ask them. You can laugh, cry, scream. You can direct it entirely or just listen to me riff. I do this from a trauma-informed, integrative place and value creating a safe container to process life’s intensities. All readings are confidential and recording is optional.
Last, it is important to note that I am a free-will astrologer and life coach. Astrology can be extremely accurate !...yet I am not here to be right... I am here to provoke you, to tell stories about your chart that you can either lean into or deny as a way to launch you into your own truth. I believe individuals are free to decide how to respond to astrological forces and that our birth charts are a creative opportunity. I aim to help clients feel empowered by a self-directed plan of action that is co-created with planetary cycles.

We all suffer but not all suffering is the same. I am committed to unlearning and re-evaluating the systems of oppression of which my privilege came. I am committed to intersectionality and the decolonization of mental health.

Self-discovery looks different for everyone. I am here to guide you, not tell you what to do. My hunches will always play second fiddle to what you know is right for you. Nothing is more important to me than your personal authority and the power you have to design your own life. We all have imaginary prison bars of logic.
